You will see EXCEED EXPECTATIONS in bold on the wall of our lobby right when you walk into Liberty Dance Center. This is another one of our core values and something we strive for in everything we do.
At Liberty Dance Center, we don’t want to simply meet your expectations. We want to exceed your expectations. It’s not enough for us to be good, we want to be great in how we serve our dancers, their families, and our community. Our team all has the same mindset, which makes it possible to exceed your expectations on many occasions. If for some reason we weren’t able to exceed them, we will do our best to make it right.
This will start before you even enter our studio doors. From that first email, Mr. Mike will greet you quickly with a friendly and informative response. Not sure what classes would be best for your dancer? We are here to help guide you down the right path. Need to try a few to figure it out? Go for it!
Then, when you do finally enter our dance studio doors for your first class, you will find that you will be greeted with a smile, we will most likely know your name (and if we don’t on that first encounter, we will by the next one!), and will give you a tour of our dance facility. We have a “no-point” motto for our team, meaning that we won’t just point you in the right direction, we will walk you there on your first day.
When your dancer enters the dance room for class, the Liberty Dance Center teachers are excited to meet the new dancer, ask their name, and truly get to know them. We pride ourselves on truly seeing the value in everyone and believe that EVERY child is important, regardless of if they take one class or 10 classes a week.
Exceeding expectations is not only something we do on your first day of classes, we aim to exceed in all that we do. Forget your backpack? We will call you and meet you so you have it for school tomorrow. Tights get a big rip in them right before you will go on stage or take your photo? No problem, we will get you a new pair. Dancer having issues at school and need someone to talk to? We are there for them.
As we stated in our previous blog, we aim to serve the community both outside our studio walls and inside our walls. We believe that by serving our dance families the very best we can, this will create a ripple effect. Our students see that going above and beyond brings joy to everyone involved. We know it brings us joy!
